Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Attend functional workshops, if necessary.
  • Work directly with the client, understand the business requirements, and translate them into detailed technical design and unit test scenarios/cases.
  • Work on the development of complex requirements and technical designs on time and budget.
  • Review deliverables of the developers and ensure good quality of the deliverables (e.g., development standards, completeness, alignment with the technical designs).
  • Provide analysis and solution for defects and assist with cross-team debugging and defect triage as necessary.
  • Provide support during system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and maintenance support phases.
  • Assist in the clarification and resolution of issues identified during the design and development phases.
  • Assist with mock conversion, dress rehearsals, and deployment activities, as necessary.
  • Work closely with Automation tester to develop the automated test scripts and data requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4 Years relevant designer work experience in any of the following Oracle Utilities Application:
    • CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
    • C2M (Customer to Meter)
    • MDM (Meter Data Management)
  • Experience in design and development
  • Experience in Groovy or object-oriented technical design and development
  • Good Programming knowledge in SQL or PL\SQL
  • Background in business and requirements analysis and technical design
  • Understand SDLC (Software Development Live Cycle) in waterfall or agile project
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
