Jr. Functional Consultant (ERPNext)

Job Highlights

To understand the requirements, configure the software to meet those requirements and provide ongoing support and training.
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for software implementations.
Assist in configuring software solutions to meet client needs, including system setup, data migration, and customization.
Assist in preparing for and presenting software solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
Provide training and support to clients on how to use the software effectively.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, configuration guides, and training materials.
Assist clients with resolving issues and troubleshooting problems related to software functionality.
Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to functional consulting and software implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field
Must have 1- 2 years of experience in ERP end-to-end implementation
Experience in ERPNExt implementation is strongly preferred
Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM systems, or other business software solutions is desirable.
Experience with software implementation projects is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed
