Role Summary

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve working with Chatbots, deep learning, neural networks, and image processing to create production-ready solutions with GenAI models.

Responsibilities

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality
Design and develop AI/ML applications and systems utilizing Chatbots, deep learning, neural networks, and image processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality
Apply GenAI models as part of the solution to create innovative and impactful data-driven solutions
Implement natural language processing techniques to understand user inputs, process language patterns, and generate appropriate responses
Utilize machine learning algorithms to improve chatbot performance, personalize user interactions, and enhance natural conversations.
Integrate chatbots with various platforms including websites, messaging apps, and customer service tools for seamless communication.
Conduct testing to ensure chatbot functionality, accuracy, and performance. Optimize chatbot responses based on user feedback and analytics.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with regulations while handling sensitive user information within chatbot interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, data scientists, and product managers to align chatbot functionalities with business objectives
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Cloud AI services, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage

Qualifications

Possess a strong educational background in AI/ML Computational Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions
Must have 5 years of experience in Chatbots
Experience with deep learning, neural networks, and image processing
Knowledge of Cloud AI services
Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques
Experience in designing and developing AI/ML applications and systems
Solid grasp of cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality
