Responsibilities

  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Engaging with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
  • Analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into system configurations and customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Customer Engagement to meet client needs.
  • Conducting system testing, identifying and resolving issues, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Providing end-user training and support during and after ERP implementation.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure integrations, data migration, and system enhancements are executed effectively.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 ERP developments and updates to provide best-in-class solutions to clients.
  • Participating in project planning, scope definition, and effort estimation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional
  • Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes and functional requirements gathering
  • Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (Preferred)
