Role Summary

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Studio and utilizing your expertise in Packaged Application Development to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications using Workday Studio, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries, providing guidance and support to team members.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing the entire development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field
Must have at least 4 years of experience in Workday Studio
Must have experience in Packaged Application Development
Skills in Account Delivery Management is strongly preferred
Experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and translating them into technical solutions
Strong understanding of application design, development, and configuration principles
Proven track record of delivering high-quality applications within specified timelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
