Role Summary

As a Liferay Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications using Liferay software, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the development process

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications using Liferay software, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support during application development.
Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries, addressing and resolving issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance, to ensure successful application delivery.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Liferay software and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for continuous improvement and enhanced application performance.

Qualifications

Strong educational background in Software Engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering applications
Minimum of 4 years of experience with Liferay software
Experience in gathering requirements and providing technical guidance and support
Strong understanding of application design and development principles
Knowledge of testing, deployment, and maintenance processes
Familiarity with related technologies and frameworks, such as Java and Spring MVC
