Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the overall operation of a unit providing application management services to the client
  • Providing analysis, troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • Understand SQL terminologies and job functions, including the ability to interpret SQL queries and understand their purpose and output
  • Executing SQL scripts and other Ad-hoc Request
  • Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting
  • Basic understanding of software development and deployment processes
  • Be proactive and propose improvements that will enhance team effectiveness and efficiency
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to progress within a functional environment
  • Participating in a conference call with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
  • Must have at least 4 years of previous experience in application support, systems administration, or related roles
  • Proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages, database management (e.g., SQL), and application management tools
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and technical teams
  • A technical, logical thought process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
