Data Engineer (Data Building Tool DBT)

Job Highlights

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing.
Create data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data across systems.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data solutions.
Implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Must have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Data Building Tool DBT
Proficiency in Data Building Tool DBT
Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Google BigQuery
Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing data pipelines.
Knowledge of ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Proficiency in SQL and other query languages.
