Role Summary

Responsibilities
Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions in respect of
the Support processes.
Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services/vendors equipment’s like NLB, Riverbed, Meraki, F5, Cisco ISE/NAC, Velocloud SD-WAN, SolarWinds) and security solutions (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Skybox)
Senior level of operational support on:
Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management
Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions
Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for support
Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components
Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions
Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions
Provide recommendations to the highest level of expertise teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Must have 7+ years’ experience in infrastructure
Must have 5+ years of experience in Network Administration
Preferably CCNP and Palo Alto Certified
