Role Summary

You will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related problems, ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software-related issues within critical business systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations
Analyze and diagnose software issues, utilizing your expertise in enterprise network operations to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Document and communicate software issues and resolutions to stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout the troubleshooting process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Must have 5+ years’ experience in networking or related fields
Must have 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations
Must have 5 years of experience in CISCO MERAKI
Strong understanding of software troubleshooting methodologies and techniques.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving software-related issues within critical business systems
Knowledge of enterprise network operations best practices and industry standards.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
