Role Summary

Responsibilities
Work on pre-sales activities as needed
Provide functional support as needed
Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed
Assist in system configuration and best practice recommendations
Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed
Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
Must be knowledgeable in HRIS, payroll, or ERP software
Experience in working in a customer-facing role
Experience in providing functional system support is desirable but not required
Experience in designing solution workflows and architecture diagrams is desirable but not required
Knowledge in business analysis or consulting but not required
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
