Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Moodle provider for implementation and development.
  • Support integration and configuration of the Moodle LMS for back-of-house training (cooking, food safety, written validation, physical classroom).
  • Automate refresher courses

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Moodle LMS setup, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Moodle development and integration.
  • Experience with Moodle plugins, themes, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization between Moodle and external systems.
  • Understanding of SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) and other eLearning standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LMS functionality, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and security best practices, especially in an educational setting.
