Report Developer

Job Highlights

Design, develop, and deploy reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or others as per company standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting needs.
Optimize report performance and data accuracy.
Maintain and enhance existing reports and reporting infrastructure.
Ensure data security and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems.
Document technical processes and user guides.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3 years of experience in report development or business intelligence.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Hands-on experience with at least one reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in Snowflake is preferred
Experience in working in the Accounting industry/environment preferred
