Job Highlights

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access policies.
Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Support infrastructure components such as servers, storage, and networking systems.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support business and technical requirements.

Typically requires 2–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tools.
Knowledge of security best practices and system hardening.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified, or Linux certifications are a plus.
(Hands-on) Demonstrate experience in setting-up/configuring/troubleshooting of Kubernetes and Docker containers using infrastructure as code (Terraform and Ansible)
Configuring and maintaining build pipelines using Argo CD (or Jenkins, Bamboo)
Bash scripting and automation
