Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Work on pre-sales activities as needed
  • Provide functional support as needed
  • Develop training content for product functionalities
  • Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed
  • Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Must be knowledgeable in any accounting software
  • Experience in working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in providing functional support is desirable but not required
  • Experience in designing solution workflows and architecture diagrams is desirable but not required
  • Knowledge in business analysis or consulting but not required
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
