Role Summary

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services. Your typical day will involve building and deploying AI models, implementing cloud or on-prem application pipelines, and ensuring production-ready quality. You will also have the opportunity to work with deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image-processing technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy applications and systems that leverage AI tools and Cloud AI services
Build and implement cloud or on-prem application pipelines with production-ready quality
Apply GenAI models as part of the solution
Utilize deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing technologies in the development process
Involved in building and maintaining software applications that leverage artificial intelligence technologies.
AI engineers often work with large datasets, so data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data cleaning are important aspects of the role
You’ll train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models to achieve high accuracy and generalization on real-world data
Collaborating with software developers and other teams to integrate AI components into larger systems or platforms
Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, contributing to research papers, and exploring new AI techniques to solve complex problems
Ensuring that the AI systems you develop adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations, especially regarding privacy and fairness
Working closely with data scientists, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions

Qualifications

Possess a strong educational background in AI/ML Computational Science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions
Must have 7 years of solid experience in AI Architecture
Extensive experience in building and deploying AI models
Experience with GenAI models
Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing technologies.
Strong understanding of AI tools and Cloud AI services
Familiarity with cloud or on-prem application pipelines
Knowledge of production-ready quality standards
Ability to apply GenAI models in solution development
Experience in working with large datasets and understanding data preprocessing techniques
Effective problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
