Responsibilities

  • Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
  • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
  • Research, gather and synthesize information
  • Involve conducting research, gathering and synthesizing information, and defining the future state and/or business solution
  • Develop detailed business cases, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and test new systems or process improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Must have 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in data mapping
  • Experience with data migration project
  • Must also have experience in Experian (data quality tool)
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working with project management software is a plus.
