Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and technical requirements
Analyze gaps in current processes and propose effective solutions
Create detailed documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for the core banking system
Support the project team during implementation by validating that solutions meet business needs
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
Must 1-3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector
Strong understanding of core banking systems and related business processes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
