Job Highlights

Gathering and analyzing data to understand business performance and identify areas for improvement
Developing and maintaining business analytics tools and dashboards
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and create project plans
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate project updates
Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Presenting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
Mentoring junior business analysts and providing guidance and support

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects with a minimum of 2 years experience
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools.
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
