Responsibilities
Plays a key role in the definition development implementation and ongoing improvement of Agile practices with an emphasis on Scrum within the organization
They will facilitate sprint planning retrospective and daily activities related to stand ups and sprint burn down as well as maintain relevant metrics that help the team see and understand their progress during a sprint
He will own and resolve identified impediments
He will help build an environment where continuous deployment improvement of the development process is the focus and everyone common goal is to deliver outstanding software as fast as possible to our customers
As Scrum Master, he is responsible for leading the continual Agile transformation and practices as well as promoting accountability and transparency across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Must have 3 years experience in Business Requirements Analysis
Must be proficient in Agile methodologies
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficient in requirements-gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys).
Experience with process modeling and documentation
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
Stakeholder Management skills
Process Mapping and Improvement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with project management software is a plus.
