Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure
  • Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including:
    • Repository management
    • Archiving
    • Content retrieval
  • Good to Have: Experience with Content Management and Linux
  • Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical stakeholders
