Role Summary

Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Qualifications
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with Alfresco or Mobius platform optimization, including:
Repository management
Archiving
Content retrieval
Good to Have:
Experience with Content Management and Linux
Strong understanding of incident and problem management processes
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing services
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical stakeholders
