Role Summary

Responsibilities

Content & Platform Operations

  • Review and Classify: Evaluate, label, and annotate multilingual text, images, and videos based on defined client policies and community guidelines.
  • Data Training Quality: Ensure high consistency and accuracy in data labeling to support the training and optimization of machine learning datasets.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and report recurring patterns or anomalies across content workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Escalation Management: Proactively flag and escalate urgent compliance, delivery, or quality issues following established protocols.


Performance & Productivity Management

  • Meet Core Metrics: Consistently achieve operational targets, including Turnaround Time (TAT), Average Handling Time (AHT), and occupancy metrics.
  • Time Management: Balance multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume, accuracy-critical production environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Adapt to shifting operational requirements, rotating schedules, and cyclical workloads.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate productively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on policy updates.
  • Empathetic Advocacy: Advocate for a safe user community while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.

Qualifications

Technical & Operational Proficiency

  • Digital Literacy: Confident using internet-based tools, web environments, and search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
  • Social Media Familiarity: Practical, working knowledge of major platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
  • Office Applications: Day-to-day proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Linguistic & Communication Capabilities

  • Language Proficiency: Minimum Rosetta Stone score of B2 (or equivalent CEFR level) in the required language.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills (Level 2), with the ability to clearly articulate findings and rationales.


Cognitive & Analytical Abilities

  • Analytical Thinking: Level 3 proficiency in processing complex data and structured/semi-structured problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and focus when handling repetitive, high-volume tasks.
