Role Summary



  • Understand and comply with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards of the organization.
  • Knowledgeable in different CMS platforms including (but not limited to) Coremedia, Drupal, or WordPress to adopt digital strategies/approaches for business, products, and marketing
  • Evaluates request for a new or modified program to determine feasibility, the time required, compatibility, and dependency with current system(s).
  • Consults with the Technical/Team Leader to clarify project/initiative objectives.
  • Formulates plan outlining steps required for content loading, using structured analysis and process, and submits plans to Section Head/ Technical Team Lead for approval.
  • Performs unit testing on different Content Management Systems.
  • Writes documentation related to projects/initiatives:
  • Initiation document stating clear project objectives
    • Estimation of efforts
    • Document to describe interactive content development and corrections
    • Status updating
    • Unit testing
    • User Documentation
    • Project Closure
  • Recreates or simulates steps taken by the user to locate the source of the problem and rewrites the program to correct errors.
  • Provide resolutions to the concerns related to the project.
  • Assists in the knowledge transfer during project turnover.


  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Has at least two (2) years of experience in content loading.
  • Experience in Coremedia is a big plus
  • Knowledge in using Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Ability to analyze user requirements and specifications and translate them into an approach to handle the loading of contents such as translations, image, and video loading.
  • Ability to handle support in the context of current user specifications.
  • Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
  • Knows how to communicate with difficult/problematic user
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong quality checking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to set priorities;
  • Has a customer service orientation;
  • A keen eye for art and design (Artistic)
