Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Work on pre-sales activities as needed
  • Provide functional support as needed
  • Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed
  • Assist in system configuration and best practice recommendations
  • Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed
  • Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Must be knowledgeable in HRIS, payroll, or ERP software
  • Experience in working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in providing functional system support is desirable but not required
  • Experience in designing solution workflows and architecture diagrams is desirable but not required
  • Knowledge in business analysis or consulting but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years of experience is a plus

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with HR processes, payroll systems, ERP systems and financial software
  • Understanding of business process modeling
