Role Summary

Responsibilities

The eCommerce Sr. Team Leader will be responsible for interacting with the business team, understanding the SLAs and supervising the service team to support and maintain the infrastructures. They will be in charge of managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business needs.

  • Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner
  • Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes
  • Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations, and Services Teams)
  • Manage escalations on issues impacting productive applications
  • Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels
  • Bug/Defect triage

Qualifications

  • Ticketing Management System suite
  • Atlassian Suite
  • eCommerce processes knowledge
  • eCommerce applications functional knowledge
  • Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall or Scrum)
  • IBM Websphere
  • Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator
  • Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Web SDLC
  • Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS) eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working with offshore teams
