Role Summary



The DBS Manager will be responsible for the development and management of the company’s hardware, software, and networking systems, including the implementation of new technologies to modernize and improve the efficiency of the company’s operations. These systems will be developed and managed according to the digital blueprint and roadmap established by the CFO.


  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company’s IT department and staff that includes hardware, software, and network systems specialists.
  • Manage the company’s IT department staff, including hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, composed of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Manage the company’s IT helpdesk that supports its employees, partners and suppliers.
  • Manage the company’s IT budget and resources.
  • Manage the company’s IT vendors and contractors.
  • Manage the company’s IT disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
  • Manage the company’s IT compliance with regulatory, statutory, and industry requirements.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, in support of the company’s digital blueprint and roadmap.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and DBS projects.
  • Implement strategies to improve and modernize the company’s digital business systems and processes.


  • Strong background in Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and management experience with a variety of digital business systems components: hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills, but not required:

  • Project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Experience implementing and customizing service management software (ex. SolarWinds).
  • Experience implementing and customizing infrastructure management software (ex. Nagios).
  • Experience implementing and customizing network management software (ex. PRTG).
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure management in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Services.
  • Experience with hardware virtualization using VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Experience with disaster recovery software and planning (ex. Veeam or Acronis).
  • Experience with IT asset management software (ex. SCCM or LANDesk).
  • Experience with collaboration software (ex. Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
  • Experience with business intelligence software (ex. Tableau or Power BI).
  • Experience in information technology, software development or BPO industry.
