Role Summary

Responsibilities
Will be part of a specialistic L1 AMS for Digital Retail Applications
Will be in charge of ticket processing applying the procedure
Analyze information provided with the ticket, to assess completeness of the data describing the issue
Perform initial assessment of priority for the issue
Check the issue against a KB of known issues, which will be maintained by HD1
Check data on backend system SAP, to make sure the behavior reported is not the intended one
Contact HD2 when the issue cannot be solved otherwise
Keep the ticket opener informed about progress
Maintain documentation about well-known issues, and known workarounds
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for HD1
Report to the Service Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or related field
At least 1 year of SAP application support
Must have hands on experience in SAP main transactions and tables about:
Material Master Data
Customer Master Data and Partner Function
Pricelist
Sales Order
Sales flow
Understanding of software troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
