Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Will be part of a specialistic L1 AMS for Digital Retail Applications
  • Will be in charge of ticket processing applying the procedure
  • Analyze information provided with the ticket, to assess completeness of the data describing the issue
  • Perform initial assessment of priority for the issue
  • Check the issue against a KB of known issues, which will be maintained by HD1
  • Check data on backend system SAP, to make sure the behavior reported is not the intended one
  • Contact HD2 when the issue cannot be solved otherwise
  • Keep the ticket opener informed about progress
  • Maintain documentation about well-known issues, and known workarounds
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for HD1
  • Report to the Service Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or related field
  • At least 1 year of SAP application support
  • Must have hands on experience in SAP main transactions and tables about:
    • Material Master Data
    • Customer Master Data and Partner Function
    • Pricelist
    • Sales Order
    • Sales flow
  • Understanding of software troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
