Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of 400 Windows servers.
  • Execute routine tasks to ensure server stability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly.
  • Manage and administer Active Directory services.
  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts as per organizational requirements.
  • Implement security policies and access controls within Active Directory.
  • Provide support for Exchange server and email services.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and ensure smooth communication flow.
  • Assist with the administration and support of the Microsoft Teams collaboration platform.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and end-users to address and resolve IT issues.
  • Participate in on-site support activities as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Keep records of changes made to the server environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of L2 Support experience
  • Working experience on a non-premise platform
  • Must have handled a minimum of 400 servers (no. of servers)
  • Must have working experience with daily management of Windows and its services
  • Having an eCommerce experience is a great advantage
  • Proven experience in managing Windows servers and services.
  • Solid expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams.
