Responsibilities
Providing subject matter expertise in the form of non-functional requirements to projects and strategic AD & Windows initiatives
Attending to ongoing compliance requirements – advice on AD & Windows Infrastructure-related security fixes, identification, and treatment of platform risks, etc.
Able to design and influence the Architect team on AD & Windows platform key decisions
Good knowledge of solutions like WSUS & Clustering
Work with vendors and provide a Road Map strategy
Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, and operational consistency
Contribute to continuous-improvement cycle for all functional/operational matters relating to all Windows & AD platforms
Process automation
ITIL disciplines
Technical & process solutions for complex operational scenarios
Working closely with partner teams (Systems, Network, and Security) to deliver best-of-breed customer service outcomes
Senior escalation for all AD & Windows-related technical matters globally across the organization
Lead all the problem records of AD & Windows Platforms and own them till resolution
