Responsibilities
Documenting, developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned
Ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, including but not limited to: analysis & design documentation, program specifications, test plans and results, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of those programs while delivering assignments within specified timeframes
ITIL process sensitive: CAB, monitoring, management and so on
Sharing expertise through the organization by educating through formal and informal means
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT or related field
At least 4 years of application support experience in AS400/iSeries
Experience in CL Programming
Experience in QUERY
Experience in SQL 400
Experience in Cobol programming
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly and professionally
Experience with RPG would be an asset
Experience in order management would be an asset
Experience managing customer requirements and demands
Demonstrated successful completion of several medium to large scope projects
Effective communication skills are required to facilitate meetings with both technical and business audiences, often across multiple functional department
