Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain voice network infrastructure
  • Configure and manage AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Media Gateways
  • Administer Cisco voice environments including CUCM and CME
  • Handle call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues
  • Provide advanced technical support for voice systems
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering roles
  • 2+ years of experience with AudioCodes SBC and OVOC
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
  • Strong knowledge of voice network infrastructure and VoIP concepts
