Role Summary

Responsibilities
Assist in assembling and configuring new personal computer hardware ie system units monitors expansion boards network interface cards modems printers etc when it is received from vendors
Install and configure commercially licensed PC application software along with various required system files and utilities according to approved specifications standards and procedures
Perform asset management functions for all computer related assets according to current policies and procedures
Provide support for hardware software and or network connectivity problems
Maintain problem status for each problem ticket assigned according to current standards and specifications
Obtain patches fixes and product updates with appropriate hardware and software vendors through telephone contact bulletin boards and or Internet services
Design, protocol, and routing of IPT/PBX/ Contact Center Maintenance
Telecom expense management
Network user configuration and coordination with circuit providers
Deploy switches and Access Point
Providing network voice support via Ring Central
Maintaining number assignments mapping
Configuring voice ports/devices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Must have 3+ years’ experience in network support
Must have 3 years of experience in Genesys Engage (Not Genesys Cloud)
Experience in Ring Central
Experience in Cisco switches, WLC and WAPs
Experience in Velo SDWAN
Experience in Arista Switches
Experience in SolarWinds
Experience in Aruba WLC and WAP
Experience in Infoblox/Blox1
