Operation Support Specialist

Job Highlights

Provide robust, hands-on operational support across various facets of projects.
Dive into tasks like data set review, pilot-customer interactions, and resource management.
Work closely with the QA team to test our photogrammetry and aerial footage processing tool.
Identify bugs, inefficiencies, or gaps in the tool.
Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on GIS experience.
Create, curate, and maintain exhaustive documentation.
Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team reference
Serve as the pivotal communication hub within the organization.
Maintain clear channels of communication among team members and with external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the on-site operations team.
Streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Proactively identify challenges within existing data processes.
Architect and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field
At least one to two years in operation support, data quality management and photogrammetry or similar areas.
Unwavering focus on ensuring data is both accurate and of the highest quality
In-depth understanding of geotechnologies, geoprocessing, and their practical applications.
Proficiency in photogrammetry and LiDAR techniques, complemented by hands-on experience in processing and analyzing aerial data.
Adeptness in utilizing GIS software suites, including but not limited to Pix4D, Cloud Compare, and QGIS.
Essential ability to identify issues or bugs and articulate their implications clearly.
Proficiency in communicating findings and recommendations clearly in English.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple tasks.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, readily adapting to evolving responsibilities and challenges.
