Partner Sales Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a super-motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Partner Sales Manager. We have digital business solutions that our target customers need, and you’ll play a key role in getting our solutions into more businesses in the Philippines and across the region. You will grow our customer base by building up our partnerships and alliances. If you happen to have experience in blockchain technology, then that’s a significant plus.

 

The Partner Sales Manager will lead our sales efforts to build, launch, and optimize the Strategic Tech Partner, Channel, and Co-selling/marketing strategy at Xurpas. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding independent business partners with support from other managers and teams. The Partner Sales Manager’s focus will be on enablement, building relationships, managing existing relationships, and managing the sales pipeline from those relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard independent business partners. 
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate profitable revenue. 
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. 
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness. 
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements. 
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered. 
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner. 
  • Manage partner channel’s sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. 
  • Develop positive win-win working relationships with partners. 
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities. 
  • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners. 
  • Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities. 
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and prices. 
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner conferences. 
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional activities.

About you:

  • 5+ years of domain-specific knowledge within B2B Tech Experience ( digital marketing platforms)
  • Experience having built and operationalized a channel/partner program
  • Have hands-on quota-carrying and business development experience
  • Technical aptitude and intellectual curiosity
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipeline
  • Successful track record of having developed and executed both an internal and external business plan designed to maximize revenues
  • Strong team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent C-level communication and presentation skills – a strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and trade-offs to senior executives
  • Ability to collect and analyze market and competitor data to influence and support Partner strategy
  • Excellent communication skills for creating content, collateral, and other communication vehicles
