Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Work on pre-sales activities as needed
  • Provide functional support as needed
  • Develop training content for product functionalities
  • Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and clients as needed
  • Develop documentation for existing or new functionalities in existing products as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or consulting
  • 1 year of experience providing functional support
  • Experience in working in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to design solution workflows and architecture diagrams
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, or industry-specific tools is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in accounting and business operations
  • CPA an advantage
