Act as a Functional Consultant/Project Manager to optimize and implement new features within the existing Appkeep CMMS system.
Work on system configurations, process automation, reporting, and user training.
Provide expertise on system integration, asset management, and workflow optimization for maintenance processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to deploy system improvements and ensure maximum adoption of new features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant/Project Manager for CMMS implementations, particularly with Appkeep or similar systems.
Strong understanding of asset management, QR code integration, and maintenance workflows.
Ability to configure and optimize Appkeep CMMS to automate processes like ticket creation, contractor assignment, SAP PO generation, and asset tracking.
Familiarity with SAP B1 integration for auto-PO creation based on stock levels.
Ability to implement warranty checking and asset movement history within the Appkeep CMMS environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience providing ongoing technical support and system troubleshooting.
Expertise in Appkeep CMMS configuration and feature implementation, especially with asset management and QR code functionalities.
Experience with cloud-based CMMS solutions and understanding of asset lifecycle management.
Knowledge of SAP B1 integration, particularly for generating auto-POs for parts procurement based on stock availability.
Familiarity with QR code scanning systems and integrating them with maintenance management processes.
Experience in system integrations (ERP, IoT, etc.) with Appkeep CMMS.
Strong knowledge of SQL and other database technologies for reporting and query generation. (preferred but not required)
Ability to train end-users and provide support for troubleshooting and system adoption.
Strong technical troubleshooting and support skills related to Appkeep CMMS.
