Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop and maintain project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Must have at least 2 years of experience in project management
Delivered at least one medium or large-scale IT project to success within the past 2 years
Proficient in Agile methodology and pragmatic project management
Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working seamlessly with multinational IT vendors
Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
Experience in leading cross-functional team
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and software development practices
Excellent project planning and scheduling abilities, strong risk management and mitigation skills
Effective communication, negotiation, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently and deliver projects on time and within scope and budget constraints
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation, reporting skills and strong stakeholder relations management skills
