SAP ABAP-HANA Developer (Senior level)

Job Highlights

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

Work with the architects and the service introduction lead to define deployment requirements
Define the work plan schedule budget and required personnel for deployment
Assess application and training readiness for application deployment.
Work with the test lead to monitor and evaluate the pilot results.
Plan and evaluate simulations and pilots.
Work with the training administrator to schedule and execute application training.
Ensure adherence of deployment activities to all quality management plans and standards.
Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the Validate Task Overview.
Manage cross-release cross-unit ownership of deployment issues and interdependencies.
Ensure organizational readiness and sponsor commitment for deployment.
Validates automated deployment process has been completed in all environments from test to production.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Must have 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Strong understanding of the HANA database and its architecture.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP, and experience with HANA-specific development techniques.
Experience in creating and utilizing Core Data Services (CDS) views and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP).
Knowledge of developing OData services and integrating with SAP Fiori applications.
Familiarity with SAP HANA Studio and the SAP HANA Database
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose efficient solutions.
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code in a HANA environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive approach to learning and a willingness to adapt to new technologies
