Responsibilities
Facilitate the support for SAP FICO
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Facilitate meetings/workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs
Design, customize, configure, and testing of FICO
Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days WFH)
