Role Summary



  • Facilitate the support for SAP FICO
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate meetings/workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs
  • Design, customize, configure, and testing of FICO
  • Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems


  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days WFH)
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home
