Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client requirements and provide production support for SAP Treasury modules in scope.
  • Provide business and functional support on SAP Treasury modules, as required.
  • Support discussion and bridge communication between IT and Business.
  • Provide functional & technical expertise, or technology consulting expertise as required, on the SAP Treasury modules.
  • Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes and configurations for the SAP modules in scope to provide alternatives and recommendations on design for any projects or business requirements for enhancements and change requests.
  • Manage any risks or issues that require management attention.
  • Create Functional Design Document (FDD) when required, for specific Business Requirements Specification (BRS) documents received from business. Present FDD to internal team or forum for approval.
  • Develop processes & procedures for ensuring consistent configuration of business processes across SAP Treasury
  • Perform SAP system configuration, as required.
  • Perform impact analysis of business process and technology changes.
  • Contribute to the quality standards and continuous improvement of the SAP business processes.
  • Drive continuous business process improvements and innovation.
  • Perform quality review of project documentation or deliverables (BRS, FDS, TDS, Test Scripts, Training documentation or SOPs), and ensure adherence to the documentation standards.
  • Perform knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in KT and service rehearsal sessions, job shadowing, and reverse job shadowing activities.
  • Review the submitted handover documents or artifacts that will be the basis for closing the Operation Acceptance Criteria (“OAC”)
  • Support the business team for User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) test script writing leveraging the existing System Integration Test (“SIT”) scripts.
  • Support the business for UAT scripts execution and documentation.
  • Support the business team in analysing UAT issues and resolution.
  • Write the test scripts in JIRA to utilize for regression testing of TMS application support.

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end implementation for SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management modules
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of end-to-end business process of SAP Treasury Management modules
  • 5+ Years of Experience in SAP ERP as a Finance functional consultant is an advantage
  • Must have experience in any of the following: Foundational Finance, Bank Account Management, Electronic Bank Statement processing, Payment Management with Bank Communication Management (“BCM”) and Advance Payment Management (“APM”) and Cash Management, including Cash Flow Analyzer reports with Intraday memo records reconciliation and Cash Concentration
  • Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  • Exposure in a client-facing environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Use of versatility and experience to create and support technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation
