ServiceNow Developer (Senior Level)

Job Highlights

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Customize workflows, user interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems.
Assist with deploying ServiceNow features and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing ServiceNow applications.
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide training and support to end users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Maintain documentation for developed applications, system changes, and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and new features, implementing where applicable.
Monitor system performance and user feedback, proactively making adjustments to improve user experience and system capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Must have 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development life cycle (SDLC).
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are a plus.
