Responsibilities
Utilize modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams
Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale
Involve working with COBOL, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions
Lead the development and deployment of advanced applications using COBOL and associated technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques
Provide vision to Application Development Teams, utilizing an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale
Stay updated with the latest advancements in COBOL and associated technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Should have at least 5 years of experience in COBOL
Experience with designing and implementing complex applications.
Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including software design, testing, and deployment
Strong understanding of modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques
Experience with mainframe technologies
Knowledge of cloud-first and mobile-first development, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
