Job Description
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with manager/s and developers;
- Able to design out of box ideas, especially for web design and mobile;
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets;
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like;
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc
- Regularly researches industry trends, best practices, standards, and competitive experiential benchmarking.
- Driving and documenting design standards and patterns across channels and products
- Presents and shares UI/UX standards across different team members and related departments
- Conducts A/B Testing for product improvements.
Skill Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD or Sketch
- Must be a team player
- With strong communication skills
- Good time-management skills
