Visa Processing Assistant

Job Highlights

Will be working as a support for the Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications.
Liaise in following up with applicants for visa application requirements.
Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements, ensuring everything is in place.
Ensure all required documents are provided and complete.
Draft and prepare supporting documents for visa applications.
Endorse completed visa application forms for payment.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for other supporting information or documents needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
Experience in visa processing or immigration support for at least 3 months
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines.
Must be open to 6-month project-based employment
