Role Summary

Responsibilities
Maintain under operational conditions the current and new Wintel Platforms in respect of the Support process
Build, deploy, and administer/manage the current and future Wintel and AD platforms
Senior level of operational support on troubleshooting, incidents, and problem management
Reporting and communication
Propose, contribute, and assist in new implementations of all system infrastructure components such as
Servers provisioning on-premise and in-Cloud
Migration
Automation and Optimization
Proactive in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency, and lifecycle over the Wintel platforms
Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in infrastructure specifically to Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
Expert in Microsoft systems (configuration, troubleshooting, physical servers and virtual servers)
MCSA Win2012 Certified or MCSE Win2012 or Win2016
VMWare expertise is required, HyperV/Esxi is a plus
Have a solid understanding of MS Authentication technologies (LDAP, NTLM, Kerberos, etc)
Deep technical knowledge on core infrastructure services, including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, File & Print Services, WSUS, Terminal service and IIS
Experienced Windows Server administration from 2003 to 2019
Extensive work experience with PowerShell scripting and/or automation
Experienced in a Cloud Solution IAAS or PAAS (AWS/Azure/GCP)
