Role Summary

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code using Workday Prism Analytics. Your typical day will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work across one or more clients in Manila.

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code using Workday Prism Analytics.
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work across one or more clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering or a related field
Must have at least 4 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics
Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics is required
Experience in analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application cod
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and agile development methodologies.
