Responsibilities

  • Provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Involve working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems
  • Provide technical support to critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
  • Must have 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing system logs and metrics
  • Understanding of cloud concepts is a plus
  • Strong understanding of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in night shift schedule is strongly preferred
