Responsibilities
Provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
Responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
Involve working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems
Provide technical support to critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
Must have 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems
Experience in monitoring and analyzing system logs and metrics
Understanding of cloud concepts is a plus
Strong understanding of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work in night shift schedule is strongly preferred
