Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP IBP solutions and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs and best practices.
  • Support system integration and implementation projects, including data integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency and planning capabilities.
  • Participate actively in project discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, integration, and data-related issues.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new solutions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, functional specifications, technical designs, and test artifacts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Experience with CIDS and integration technologies supporting SAP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, modeling, and optimization methodologies.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise transformation and system implementation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Supply Chain Planning processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and data management concepts.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • SAP IBP certification is an advantage.

Employment Details

  • Work Setup: Hybrid
  • Office Requirement: 2 days per week onsite
  • Shift Schedule: Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
  • Working Hours: 45 hours per week
