Role Summary

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems using Workday Core Integrations. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
Lead the development and configuration of software systems using Workday Core Integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software systems.
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in software development and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software-driven solutions.
The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations
Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations
Experience in leading software development projects
Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and tools
Solid grasp of software integration techniques, including data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity
