Role Summary

The eCommerce Sr. Team Leader will be responsible for interacting with the business team, understanding the SLAs supervising the service team to support and maintain the infrastructures. He/she will be in charge of managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner
  • Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes
  • Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations and Services Teams)
  • Manage escalations on issues impacting productive applications
  • Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels
  • Bug/Defect triage

Qualifications

  • Ticketing Management System suite
  • Atlassian Suite
  • eCommerce processes knowledge
  • eCommerce applications functional knowledge
  • Software Development Lifecyle (Waterfall or Scrum)
  • Web SDLC 
  • Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator
  • Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working with offshore teams
  • Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills
  • Proficient in English
